George A. Stawicki

Passed away peacefully on January 6th, 2018 at the age of 91. Reunited with his loving wife Audrey (nee Pruski). Loving father of Lynn (Mike Willeford) Guyer, Debora (Paul) Zaniewski, John (Susan Calvanico) Stawicki, and Thomas (Debra) Stawicki. Further survived by his dear friend Arlene Braun. Loving grandpa of Christin, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Ellyn, Alison, and Hanna. Devoted great-grandpa of Noah, Eli, Maya, and Calvin. Preceded in death by three brothers, and survived by siblings Dorothy, John (Patricia), and Rita. Further survived by many other family members and close friends. George enjoyed spending time in the North Woods, served his country in the US Marine Corps and was an active member of the Eagle River VFW Post #8637. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the Wounded Warriors Project or American Cancer Society. Services to be held on January 12, 2018 at St. John Paul II Parish, St. Alexander Church, 1516 W. Holt Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215. Visitation 9:30AM - 10:30AM. Funeral Mass at 10:30AM. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
