Spankowski, Fred F. Went home to Heaven on March 14, 2009, age 82 years. Loving husband and best friend of Leona (Nee Lukowski) for 61 years. Loving father of Joseph (Cynthia), Barbara (Harris) Moskonas and Nancy (Michael) Knapp. Proud grandpa of John (Kim), the late Paul, Michelle Knapp, Daniel (Adina), Matthew (Michelle) Knapp, Jessica (Ryan) Silkey and Alexandria Moskonas. Further survived by 8 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Thursday March 19, 2009 10:30 AM from the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home to ST. ADALBERT CATHOLIC CHURCH for Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Retiree of Heil after 36 years of service. Member of Greendale American Legion Post 416 and Moose Lodge 49. Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Funeral Home.
