Proud grandpa of Frank, David, Real, Kayla, Marty, Matthew, Joy, Ava, Paige, Jenny (Josh), Lisa, James, Matt and Kelly. Further survived by Phyllis Prochaska, loving mother of Frank's 6 sons; great-grandchildren, 4 sisters, other relatives and friends. Memorial Visitation Saturday July 25, 2009 9-11 AM at ST. ALPHONSUS CATHOLIC CHURCH (6060 W. Loomis Rd.) with Memorial Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Private interment.
