Frances Angeline Spencer Milwaukee - "Nootsie" Escorted by the angels, Frances was reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Strauther, precious daughter Debbie, and sweet grandson Nick on April 11 with family at her side as she took her last breath of her 92 years. Her memory will forever live in the hearts of her adoring family, daughter Donna (Michael) Butz, son-in-law Gus Amann, grandchildren Ryan, Michael ( Mandie), Sara (Kevin), Kim, Luke (Karly), great-grandchildren Ryan, Nicky, Nellie, Spencer, Henry, Evelyn, Nora, Gia, and George. Frances is further survived by her sister Carmela, brother Frank, and countless friends, nieces and nephews. Her parents, Joseph and Marie Fugarino, came to America from Sicily, raising a family of 11 children. They preceded Frances in death along with siblings Joe, Ben, Sam, John, Tony, Dominic, Marie and Madelyn. She loved and cared for all the children of each family generation with a joy and devotion like no other. Nootsie offered her extraordinary love over and over by babysitting, baking exquisite cakes for every occasion , along with pounds of Italian cookies for every holiday. She will be deeply missed as her legacy lives in our hearts forever. Visitation at Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 6924 W. Lisbon Ave., on Saturday, April 17 from 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial at Highland Memorial Park.
