Forrest J. Blum Jr.

Went to be with the Lord on April 19, 2021 at age 73. Lovingly survived by his wife Tong. Proud father of Angel (Mark) Siedschlag, Susie (Kyle) McGuire and Sarah (Raul) Terrones. Beloved grandpa of Derik, Carly (Terence), Zachary, Sophia, Aubrey, Aaliyah, and Elena. Dear brother of Jackie, Clara (the late Dick) and Louise. Further survived by three children and one grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents Forrest and Louise. He graduated in 1966 from Goodrich High School. He proudly served in the US Army from 1966 until his retirement is 1987 as a SFC Combat Engineer. He was so proud to go on the Honor Flight in May of 2019 with his grandson Derik. His family and church family were everything to him. He will be loved, remembered and missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held at the Max Sass Funeral Home - Oklahoma Chapel on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 10 AM until time of service at 12 noon. Burial with full Military Honors to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Masks are required.
