Schallitz, Florence H. (nee Becker) Found peace on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Buddy”. Dear mother of Sandy Donaldson, Candyce (Ken) Normandy and Nancy Schallitz - Grubb. Loving grandmother of Derek Donaldson, Kim (Jason) Trendel, Andi (Jim) Bishop, Kristin (Mark) Niedziejko, Nick (Beth Major) Normandy and Steve Normandy. Grandma Flo to Brooke and Luke Trendel, Kirsten, Alison and Peyton Bishop and Deidra Niedziejko. Sister of Ruth (Myron) Parks and Dick (Lois) Becker. Sister-in-law of Viola (the late Harry) Becker. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Harry and Helen Becker. The family would like to thank the medical care providers for their dedication and care of Florence throughout her illness. A very special thanks to Dr. Ragalie and the medical and professional staff at Zilber Family Hospice during Florence’s final stay. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Monday, June 9 from 11-11:30 AM. Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. Private interment in Wood National Cemetery. If desired, memorials to the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic or Zilber Hospice, appreciated. No flowers, please.
