Phillip, Evelyn M. (nee Puetz) Passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Raymond. Mother of Michael (Elsa). Preceded in death by her twin brother Elmer and her sister Dorothy. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 12 from 5-7pm. Funeral Service from the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 9am to St. Veronica Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Burial at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
