Evelyn M. Kaczmarek

Kaczmarek, Evelyn, M. Nee Michalski Age 94 years January 1, 2005 Evelyn was the loved and respected wife of the late Albin Sr. Mother of Albin G. (Ardis) Kaczmarek. Survived by three grandchildren: Jack (Penelope) Kaczmarek MD, of Newport, Oregon, Chris Kaczmarek MD of Jamestown, New York and Nancy Kaczmarek-Ulschmid PHD (Michael) of Elm Grove, WI. Also survived by five great grandchildren. Evelyn lived a long, active and productive life. The last years were difficult for her as she coped with Alzheimer's Disease. She was a very fine person, wife and mother. Visitation Tuesday January 4th, at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL from 9:30am until time of services at 11:00am.
