Konkol, Evelyn (Nee Gostomski). On Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the age of 91 1/2, Evelyn peacefully passed away. She is now reunited with her husband of 63 years, Arnie. A longtime resident of Greendale, she was born in Alban, Wisconsin on October 4, 1921 to Nick and Jennie Gostomski. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Rose Cwiklis and brother Robert Gostomski. Loving mother of Michael (Diane), Ronald (Susan) and Brian ( Debbie). Proud grandmother of Zachary, A.J., Ryan and Amy. Special sister of Ed (Helen) Gostomski, Grace (Leonard) Sopa and Albert (Rita) Gostomski. Beloved sister-in-law of Lorraine Gostomski and Ken (Joyce) Cwiklis. She is further survived by many nephews, nieces, other relatives and dear friends. Mom and Dad both worked all their lives to make their son's lives the best they could. What they have instilled in us will never be forgotten. We love you, Mom. Special thanks to Aunt Grace, Dr. V.K. Rao, Jennifer Moseby, Gentiva Hospice, John Coury and his entire staff at Elizabeth Residence for their most compassionate care of our mother in her final days. We should all be so lucky to be cared for that way. Visitation on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 4 to 8pm at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL with a 6:30pm prayer service.
