Esselman, Eugene "Gene" Found peace on May 12, 2016, age 82. Beloved husband of Shirley for 60 years. Loving dad of Donna (Brian) Kroll, Ruth Hills, the late John, Dave (Carol Gonsalves), Marie (Dave) Foley and Sharon (Tim) Floryance. Proud grandpa of Sheila, Jennifer, Shawn, Heather, Justin and Amber. Great-grandpa of Kylie, Grant and Evan. Dearest brother of the late Margaret Dvorak, the late Rita Riehle, Roy (Mary), Myron (Fern), Edward (Joyce), the late George and the late Bobby. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gene served his country in the US Army and US National Guard, longtime member of Knights of Columbus Bishop Leo J Brust Council 3702 receiving multiple Knight of the Year Awards for volunteering and Club House Manager, and St. Mary's Parish volunteer. Visitation on Monday, May 16, 2016 at ST. MARY'S VISITATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1260 Church Street, Elm Grove from 12:30pm to 1:45pm with the Funeral Mass at 2pm. Private entombment Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society appreciated.
