Esther Wendlandt

Esther Wendlandt Greendale - Esther Wendlandt (nee Schultz) Born March 21, 1933, died May 6, 2021. Preceded in death by parents Andrew and Augustine Schultz. Loving mother of Holly (Guy) Warner, and the late Sharon Jambroni. Wonderful grandmother of Patrick Lubben, Maurice Minner IV, Shannon Altarmirano, Russell Warner, and the late Owen Minner. Sister of Lorraine Grimes. Preceded in death by brothers Wilfred, Milton, Norman, Raymond and Harold, and sisters Alice, Lily, Adelia, Dorothy and Audrey. Esther spent many years working at Master Lock, and was known as the "caramel apple lady". She also worked for over 30 years as the cheerful waitress at Balistreri's Pizza on 68th & Wells. Many thanks to Clifden Court for their care over the last several years. Also a big thank you to Jill and Julie at Legacy Hospice for their compassion and excellent care over the last year. No services will be held.
