Krzewinski Sr., Ervin W. "Erv" Reunited with his beloved wife Maureen (nee Schmadl) on Monday, August 29, 2016 at the age of 88. Dear dad of Bonnie (Bill) Duty and Ervin Jr. Proud grandpa of Kelly (James) Czarnecki, Matt (Kristin) Duty, Danielle Westberg and Travis Krzewinski. Great-grandpa of Jordan, Jacob, Jeremiah and Keeley. Further survived by 1 brother, 2 sisters, many wonderful nieces, nephews, God-children, other relatives and numerous friends. Preceded in death by 3 brothers and 1 sister. Erv proudly retired from the US Army after many years of service. He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. He was a Purple Heart recipient. Special thanks to his caregivers at VA Soldier's Home, Union Grove, Diana, Chris, Holly, Kim, Krista and Domenica. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project appreciated. Visitation at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home on Friday, September 2 from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Funeral Service at 11:30 am. Burial at Woodlawn Cemetery with full Military Honors.
