Ervin E. "Erv" Kolanowski

Ervin Edward Kolanowski May 9, 1931 - February 15, 2019 “Erv” Found peace at home with his family by him, Friday, February 15, 2019 at the age of 87. Erv was born on May 9th 1931 to the late Anton and Josephine, also one older brother Richard who proceded him in death. He grew up on the south side of Milwaukee, where he attended Nortre Dame High School and graduated with the class of 1949. After high school he attended Marquette college for one year prior to getting drafted into the US Army. His duty was Medical Replacement. He received an honorable discharge as a Corporal on February 20, 1960. Early on his career included being a clerk at International Harvestar Co. in Milwaukee, Wi. From there he landed at Vilter Manufacturing Corp. where he retired after 36 years as a billing and payroll clerk. He was married to Helen Kolanowski, who proceeded him in death in 1983. In 1985, he was united in marriage to Diane Tutkowski, together they built a home and resided in Franklin, WI. In his marriage to Diane he gained two step children. Philip Tutkowski (Noele Farvour – fiancée) and Deanna Kolosso (Rick) and 3 grandchildren. Thomas and Benny Kolosso. One granddaughter proceeded Erv in death, Madison Kolosso. Erv’s favorite place to be was at home with his wife and dog Duke.Erv is survived by his wife Diane. Step children Philip Tutkowski (Noelle Farvour), Deanna Kolosso (Rick), and two step grandchildren Thomas and Benny Kolosso. He is further survived by a Great Aunt, Brother and Sister in laws, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
