Ernest M. Wachs

Wachs, Ernest M. "Ernie" Found peace on October 29, 2016 at the age of 70. Loving husband of Jean (nee Handschke) for 30 years. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In his early days, Ernie was an avid downhill skier and an instructor part time. He also enjoyed making stained glass gifts. Ernie loved to travel with Jean--they enjoyed cruises as well as away Packer games. He also loved to play Sheepshead and tell jokes. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel on Thursday, November 3 starting at 10AM until time of service at 1PM. Burial to be held at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove on Friday November 4 at 11AM.
