Dex, Ernest D. "Ernie" Born to Eternal Life August 30, 2013 at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Anna (Nee Lisheron) and the late Marion "Dolly" (Nee Olszewski) Dex. Precious dad of Ernie (Sandy) Dex, Jackie (Eugene) Carr, Mickie (Chuck) Hoffmeier, Kim (Bill) Monks, Lisa (Steve) Lesh and the late David Joseph. Cherished grandpa of Carrie, Lisa, J.J., Holly, Joey (Renee), Christopher (Angela), Jeffrey (Jami), Dana, Lindsey (Rob), and Jacob. Great Grandpa of Justin (Alex), Morgan, Hailey, Brianna, Omar, Gaby, Nina, Jaelyn, Kobi, McKenzie, Mason and Landon. Dear brother of Gunther (Rita) Mirth, Elke (Eilhard) Schulz, Jorg Schulz, Elrike (Arno) and the late Rudy. Special friend of Stella Kwasnicki and Ernies special Angel Cheryl Larson. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Ernest was a retiree of Briggs & Stratton after 38 years and he loved to hunt and loved to spend time with family. Visitation will be at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home Milwaukee, WI on Wednesday September 4, 2013 from 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM. Services will begin at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 9:30 AM and processing to St. Anthony Church (1711 S. 9th St.) for the Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Max A.
