Enrique Garcia-Campos

Enrique Garcia-Campos, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of 68. Born on November 25, 1956, in Michoacan, Mexico. Enrique's legacy is lovingly carried on by his devoted children, Karina and Robin; his treasured grandchildren, Belina, Angel, and Lysette; his loving significant other of 20 years Andrea, his caring siblings, Manuel, Roberto, Salvador, Juan, Carmen, and Irma; and his two honorary sons, Lance and Anthony, who he embraced as his own. His life was enriched by the affection of numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members, each of whom held a special place in his heart. Enrique was predeceased by his parents, Jose and Ausencia (Campos-Chavez) Garcia, whose memory he honored through his own life's work and values. 

Enrique's passion for his profession as a butcher was a testament to his family's tradition. He approached his work with pride and skill, and his dedication was evident to all who knew him. His colleagues respected him not only for his expertise but also for the warmth and humor he brought into their lives. 

An avid sports enthusiast, Enrique found joy and camaraderie in every game he watched. He was an exceptional pool player, often found at the table sharing stories, laughter, and friendly competition. His sense of humor was unparalleled, bringing light and levity to all situations. It was this humor, combined with his loving and kind nature, that made him the heart and soul of any gathering. 

For Enrique, family was everything. He instilled in his children and grandchildren the values of love, kindness, and humor. He was the embodiment of the American dream, a young man from Mexico who came to the United States with clear goals and steadfast intentions. He built a life full of accomplishments and was a role model for many, showing that hard work and determination can lead to success. To know Enrique was to know a man who was truly present, engaging with the world and the people around him with genuine interest and affection.
