(nee Lemke) Found peace on May 6, 2021 at age 91. Loving mother of Karen (Rick) Griebler, Ellen Ziarek, Susan (Richard) Oaks, Julie Salmeron and Janis Salmeron. Cherished grandma of Eric (Sarah) Ziarek, Nicholas (Jessica) Ziarek, Brianne (Erik) Leable, Ryan Przybylski, Nicole (Seth) Doerr, Jessica (Dylan) Kahl, Rebecca Salmeron and Brandon Salmeron. Beloved great grandma of Kaylie, Connor, Randi, Emerson, Asher and Ellery. Loving sister of Barbara (David) Billig, Bruce (Arlene) Lemke and David (Sharon) Zygowski. She will be loved, remembered and missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Elizabeth loved life, bingo, gambling, crafting and being surrounded by her family. Visitation will be held at the Max Sass Funeral Home on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 1 PM until the time of service at 3 PM. The family would like to thank the Heartland Hospice staff especially Callie and Kimberly for their care and love they provided to the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
