Elizabeth G. Naze

Elizabeth G. (Betty) Naze of Muskego, WI, died at Angels GraceHospice on Friday, April 7, 2017. Age 92. Betty was born in West Bend, WI, on January 11, 1925. She was united in marriage to Ferdinand (Fritz) Naze on July 15, 1944, in Milwaukee, WI, and set off almost immediately for San Diego where the groom was commissioned in the Navy. Upon his discharge they moved to Platteville, WI, where Fritz began his dentistry practice. She along with her husband, took up the sport of golf and both became avid golfers. Betty was the club champion many years at the Platteville Golf and Country Club. She was also a leader in the Girl Scout Troop in Platteville and was heavily involved with St. Marys Parish. She and her husband moved permanently to Royal Palm Beach, Florida upon his retirement in 1986. She is survived by daughters Barbara Morgan of Sebring, FL, Nancy Naze (Sue) of Big Bend, WI, and Jane (Mark) Roberts of Salem, OR; four grandchildren, Andrew (Deanna) Bodden, Eric (Bethany) Bodden, Derek Morgan, and Toby Morgan; nine great-grandchildren Dakota, Casey, Carlee, Emily, Andrea, Chaney Mae, Zoie and Madisyn; her sister, Margaret (Arnold) Herman, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Paula Gehl of Royal Palm Beach, FL; her husband Fritz; and her daughter Mary N. Bodden of Lewiston, ID. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on April 29 at St. Leonards Catholic Church in Muskego, WI. Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 10:45 AM before mass at the church. Internment will be at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you simply keep her in your prayers.
