Elizabeth "Betty" Luczak

May 2, 1925 — March 29, 2021

(nee Baranowska) passed peacefully away at her residence on March 30, 2021 at the age of 95 years. Born and raised in Bydgoszcz, Poland, she survived the German occupation as well as the Russian invasion of Poland. She married Raymond Luczak in Bydgoszcz before immigrating to the United States, making their home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Luczak Sr. Betty was a devoted mother to her 3 children Jane (John) Petrick, Raymond Jr. (Judy) Luczak and Edward (Beth) Luczak. She also was a loving Grandmother to John Michael (Karen) Petrick, Janin (Theodore) Hutcheson, Candace (David) Hendrickson, Raymond Thomas (Jennifer) Luczak III, Benjamin (Julie) Luczak, Danielle (Michael) Dailey, and Stacey (Aaron) Schiebel. She leaves behind eleven great grandchildren. The family will be accepting visitors at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home - Greenridge Chapel from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a vigil service at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 7 at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church (3100 S. 41st St. Milwaukee, WI). Burial to follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery. The family would like to recognize and extend their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the staff of Lexington Heritage as well as Brighton Hospice for the kind and loving care of their mother.
