Eleanore M. Kubiak

Kubiak, Eleanore M. (nee Kubiaczyk) Entered into Eternal Life on Thursday, December 25, 2008 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Florian "Red". Dear sister of Genevieve Marczewski and Dolores Glyzewski. Also loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Eleanore was a long time member of Federation Life Insurance and also on the Board of Directors. She was a member of the USO during WWII and was a Pink Lady at St. Mary's Hospital in Utah. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Tuesday, December 30 from 4-8 PM. Vigil Service at 7 PM. Funeral Service from the Funeral Home on Wednesday at 9:15 AM with procession to St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
