Eleanor Mary Spear

Spear, Eleanor (nee Czajkowski). Passed away peacefully on February 26, 2009 at the age of 96 years. Dear sister of Arthur Czajkowski and sister-in-law of Beatrice Czajkowski. Mother of the late Leroy (Carol) Spear, the late Elaine Zarnowski and Jo Anne Spear. Preceded in death by her brother, Frank Czajkowski Jr., sisters Sylvia Wojtal and Leona Wojtal, brothers and sister-in-law Frank Wojtal, Edmund Wojtal and Adeline Czajkowski. Further survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 4 PM at St. Charles Borromeo Church (5571 W. Marilyn St.). Visitation Wednesday 2-3:45 PM at the church. Private entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Eleanor was a longtime member of Collins-Meyer VFW Auxiliary Post #2903 and the Red Arrow Auxiliary. The family wishes to express a special thanks to the staffs of Southpointe Healthcare Center and Oydessy Hospice Care and grateful appreciation to loyal friend Pat C., St. Charles visitor Karen S. and loving granddaughter Jackie.
