(nee Pfaff) Reunited with her husband Gilbert and daughter Lynn on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the age of 90. Loving mom of Lorraine (Jeffrey) Wolff, Leone (David) Kosinski and Leslie Hejdak. Mother-in-law of Michael Kosinski. Further survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Visitation at St. John Paul II Parish - St. Alexander Church, 1568 W. Holt Ave., on Monday, January 8 from 9:30 - 10:15 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
