Elaine J. Jastroch-DeBack (Nee Grimmer) Elaine found peace on January 9, 2020 at the age of 87 surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by her husbands Joseph Jastroch and Charles DeBack Jr. and her son Donald James Jastroch. Loving mother of Patrick (Deb) Jastroch, Dale (Jennifer) Jastroch, MaryBeth (John) Staffaroni, Michelle (Matthew) Carranza. Proud Nana to Matthew, Jacob, Courtney, Joseph, Michael and Brian. Elaine was also preceded in death by her parents Frank and Marie Grimmer and her siblings. Elaine dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She brought love, smiles and laughter to everyone she met. Her sparkle and charm will forever be missed. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL (4747 S. 60th St.) on Wednesday January 15, 2020 from 10 AM until time of services at noon. Private Interment.
