Eileen T. Poblocki

Eileen T. Poblocki (Nee Rehm). Was reunited with Gerald “Jerry” Poblocki, her beloved husband of 68 years on October 10, 2021 at the age of 93. Loving mother of Marcia (Dennis) Counihan, Mark (Sue) Poblocki, and Paul Poblocki. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Katie, Sarah, Joe, Emily, Ben, Sam, and Mary. Great-grandmother of 11. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other loved relatives, and friends. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel (8910 W. Drexel Ave., Franklin, WI 53132) on Sunday, October 17 starting at 11:30 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM. Private family interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Eileen’s name are appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org).
