Polasek, Eileen Olive (ne Feely) Age 80 years. Born September 18, 1935, Died August 7, 2016 Loving wife of the late Richard Polasek. Survived by her children Dan (Donna) Polasek, Joan (Rick) Peters, Mary Ann (Thomas) Horsman and Judy (Bob) Czyz. Further survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral Mass Monday August 15th, 11:00am at Divine Mercy Church, 800 Marquette Ave., South Milwaukee. Private interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Visitation Monday 10:00am-11:00am at the church. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.
