Edna Mae North

North, Edna Mae Formerly Sister Mary Steven, was welcomed to her heavenly home Thursday, January 15, 2009, at the age of 70. Edna was born on January 11, 1939 in Burlington, WI. Daughter of late Viola (Monday) and Lloyd North. Beloved sister of Mary Peter and Jean (Roger) Mayer of Burlington, Roger (Dorothy) North, TN. and sister-in-law Nita North, FL. Loving companion of Smokey. Preceded in death by her brother, Robert and nephew, Brad. Edna will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends. Edna taught at Parochial and Public Schools in Milwaukee for many years. She loved to read and traveled the world. Visitation is Saturday, January 24 from 9:00AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at St. Martins of Tours Catholic Church (7963 S.116th St. Franklin). In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
