Edna M. Lien

Edna Marian Lien (nee Iverson) passed away peacefully at the age of 78, on January 24, 2012 surrounded by her children. Loving mother to Kathryn (Jeff) Tyler, Terese (Ted) Morden, Robin, Barry (Lisa), Jeff (Jill), Michelle (Richard) Burdick. Adored grandmother to Bonnie, David, Kristen, Benjamin, Brieanne, Lindsey, Drew , Nicole, Ryan, Jessica, beloved cat Violet and puppy Ella. Great grandmother to Tabitha and Niko. Also survived by devoted sister Diane (Butch) Lueck, niece Christie (Brian) Sweet , nephew Kevin (Bianca) Lueck and many other family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents John and Ella Iverson, brother Arnold, grandson Joshua and her former husband Thelmer Lien. Edna grew up in Pinewood, Minnesota, married and moved to Greenfield, Wisconsin in 1953 to raise a family. A special thank you to Dr. Thota, Dr. Khatri, Sarah and Sonya for their kindness and care throughout the years. Thank you also to the caring staff in the Emergency Dept. , Neuro ICU and 4KLM at St. Lukes Medical Center. Visitation Saturday January 28, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m. with service at 11:30 a.m. at Max A.Sass Greenridge, 4747 S. 60 St. Greenfield, WI.
