Douglas Machnik

Machnik, Douglas Born January 12, 1954 and passed away too soon on March 15, 2016. Beloved son of the late Alex and the late Betty Machnik. Brother of Kathleen Mariscal. Douglas worked in visual merchandising for many years. His creativity was endless, from displays and decorating to personal artwork. Friends, laughter, music and his feline companions made his world complete. He never let a day go by without giving thanks for his blessings. For those of us who were fortunate to be a part of his life, we are the blessed. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society would be appreciated. Visitation on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at ST. ADALBERT CEMETERY CHAPEL, 3801 So. 6th Street from 12:30pm until time of service at 1:30pm.
