Douglas G. Zellmer

Douglas passed away peacefully and was reunited with Marlene, his beloved wife of 58 years, on March 25, 2022 at the age of 86. He was a loving father to Doug “D.J.” (Jennifer) and grandfather to Julia and Trevor. He is further survived by his brother Orv (Barb) and other loved relatives and friends. Douglas was a proud retiree of the Milwaukee Police Department having served for 37 years. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Saturday, April 23 starting at 12:30 PM until time of service at 3PM. Burial at Arlington Park Cemetery at a later date. Memorials in Douglas' name are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association (act.alz.org).
