Zarek, Dorothy B. (Nee Sowinski) age 95, passed away peacefully and was received into the arms of the Lord on November 14, 2015. Beloved mother of Barbara (David) Manchester, Nancy (Michael) Evans and Janice (Michael) Brown. Further survived by 8 loving grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Dorothy was a retiree of General Electric Medical Systems and Alverno College, an avid sports fan and enjoyed BINGO and card playing. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to VITAS Hospice Care for their loving care and concern. Visitation on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at ST. RITA CATHOLIC CHURCH, So. 60TH and W. Lincoln Ave. from 10am until time of Funeral Mass at 11am. Private entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Rita Parish appreciated.
