Donald J. Stollenwerk

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 12, 2018 at the age of 89. He was reunited with June, his beloved wife of 48 years. Loving father of Joan (Jeff) Kiser, Barb (Karen Stevens) Stollenwerk, and Mike (fiance Christina) Stollenwerk. Proud grandpa of Kevin (Alicia), Ryan (fiance Chelsea), Eric (Amber), Jamie (Tyler), and the late Kyle. Great-grandpa of Will and Harper. Dear brother of the late Dr. Ken (Eileen) Stollenwerk. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Don proudly served as an MP in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from Caterpillar Tractor Co. after 30 years of dedicated service. Don and June enjoyed their retirement years together traveling and spending time with family. He cherished the camaraderie of his golfing and bowling buddies. Don was an avid Brewers and Packers fan. He appreciated a good manhattan. Above all, he loved his family. Memorial Gathering will take place at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CATHOLIC CHURCH (8500 W. Coldspring Rd., Greenfield) on Friday, Nov. 23 from 1-2:45PM. Funeral Mass at 3PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Zilber Family Hospice.
