Donald J. Budnik

Budnik, Donald J. "Donny" Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the age of 79. Brother of Nancy (the late Norman) McGill. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Alphonse and Helen (nee Dukat) Budnik, cousin's and other family. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at St. Luke's Hospital: Dr. Choithani, Dr. Goyal, Dr. Eyzaguirre, Dr Bakhtiar and registered nurses Laura, Ann, Michele and nursing assistants Kasey, Malinda and Mary. As well at the staff at Cameo Care Center for the dedicated care they provided to Donny. Visitation at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6060 W. Loomis Rd., on Friday, November 13, from 10-10:45 am. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church appreciated.
