Woelbing, Donald H. of Franklin, WI, died on Monday, July 6, 2009, at Froedtert Memorial Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. Donald was born February 22, 1932, in Milwaukee, WI, and was a 1950 graduate of Solomon Juneau High School. He then went to work for the E.F. Schmidt Lithography Company which was quickly followed by starting his own masonry business. In 1973 Donald joined his father Alfred Woelbing at Carma Laboratories the manufacturer or Carmex Lip Balm. While Alfred started Carma Laboratories, it was Donald's understanding of mechanical systems that allowed the company to continue to grow. Survivors include his loving wife and best friend of fifty five years, Marion Woelbing,; son, Paul Woelbing, of Elm Grove, WI; son, Eric Woelbing and daughter-in-law Debbie Woelbing, of Franksville, WI; grandchildren Jayme and Ashley Woelbing of Racine, WI and numerous friends from Carma Laboratories and his many interests. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Woelbing and Alma Stevens. Visitation will be Friday, July 10, 2009, from 4:00-7:00 PM at Max A. Sass Funeral Home, Franklin, WI .
