Pogorzelski, Diane M."Grandma" (Nee Kubik) Passed away too soon on April 4, 2013 at the age of 65. The best mom of Cynthia (Timothy) Kaja, Jodie Pogorzelski (Diana ) and Sharon (Alex) Fuentes. Proud grandma of Xelia, Maddox, Zoey and Nixon. Dearest sister of Robert (Bea) Kubik. Preceded in death by her parents Sylvester and Lucille (nee Kubach) Kubik. Further survived by her 2 nephews, step-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Diane loved to be a Grandma, shopping, and was a very thoughtful and generous friend.
