Dennis Walter Michalski

Dennis Walter Michalski of Greendale, Wisconsin found peace on Monday December 21st, 2020 at the age of 79. Dennis was born on September 8th, 1941 to parents Walter and Sophie (Kozlowski) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Don Bosco High School and went on to complete an electrical apprenticeship with Pieper Electric. He continued to work with Pieper in multiple facets until his retirement in 2003. Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Nancy (Turowski). He is also survived by his daughter Chris Richmond and husband Patrick, and his son Michael Michalski and wife Susan. Proud Papa of three grandchildren Kyle, Kaylyn, and Luke Richmond. Dear brother of Ken Michalski and wife Mary, and Carol Novom and husband Marc. Further survived by his nieces and nephew, along with many other relatives and friends. Dennis was an avid outdoorsman that loved fishing, hunting, and watching wildlife walk through his beautiful backyard. He was an entertainer who loved spending time with friends and family. His powerful presence, contagious laugh and loving heart will be deeply missed. Dennis’ family would like to extend their most sincere thanks to the kindhearted and hardworking staff at St Croix Hospice Care and Clifden Court Memory Care in Franklin, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Autism Speaks local chapter or St. Jude Children’s Hospital appreciated.
