Loving father of Tina Marie (John) Woloszyk. Loving Papa of Lucy and Jacob. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Greenridge Chapel. on Friday, December 15, from 8:30 am to 10 am. Eulogy service at 10 am. Private burial at Forest Home Cemetery.
