Dennis L. Buckett

Buckett, Dennis L. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 3, 2016 at the age of 80. Loving father of Ted, Dan (Somjai), John (Kelly Jo), Bill (Heidi), Sarah (Guy) and the late Bob. Proud grandfather of Sybil, Rob, Andy, Emily, Maya, Kian, Talia and Azarian, and great-grandfather of Sophie. Dear brother of Pat (Kaz) and Ross (Christine). Further survived by other relatives and friends. Dennis was born in Milwaukee, raised his family in Wauwatosa and retired in Gleason, WI. He was a proud alumni of both Marquette University High School and Marquette University. He was a long time employee at HNTB where he was a civil engineer. Following retirement he worked for MMSD as a private consultant. Special thanks to Luther Manor for their compassionate care. Visitation at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Monday, August 8 starting at 4PM until time of service at 7PM. Burial on Tuesday, August 9 at Arlington Park Cemetery at 11AM. Family to meet at the funeral home at 10:30AM for the procession to the cemetery. Dennis will be remembered for his creativity, sense of humor and expertise on hodags.
