Porter, Del D. Died peacefully surrounded by his family on May 5th at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Diana (nee Burgard). Loving father of Bob (Kathy), Bryan, Della (Armando), Debra (Rich), the late Del V. ''Peanuts'', Esther, Frank, Sheila, Tyona ''Chief'' (Marlo), Dale (Maressa), the late Del ''Dax'', Deanna, Angel (Manny), and Ted. Del is loved and will be missed by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation at MAX A. SASS funeral home on Wednesday, May 7th from 3-7 PM with a 7 PM prayer service. Funeral services will occur at the CONGREGATION OF THE GREAT SPIRIT (1050 W. Lapham Blvd) on Thursday May 8th at 11 AM, with additional visitation at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service.. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
