In Loving Memory of Deborah Lynn Hainer

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Deborah Lynn Hainer, a cherished nurse, creative soul, and beloved matriarch, who departed this life on February 24, 2025, in Franklin, Wisconsin. Born on January 11, 1956, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Deborah embodied a spirit of kindness and warmth that touched the lives of all who were fortunate to cross her path.

Deborah's professional journey as a nurse was marked by her unwavering commitment to caring for others. Her compassionate nature and nurturing demeanor made her not only a skilled caregiver but also a source of comfort and strength for her patients and their families. Beyond her career, Deborah was a remarkable individual whose vibrant personality illuminated every room she entered; her sense of humor and joy of life earned her the affectionate title of the "cool Grandma."

An avid lover of music, Deborah found joy in dancing, with Disco holding a special place in her heart. In her younger years, she showcased her talents as a member of the pom squad  and the  high school  band, skillfully playing the clarinet. Crafting was another of Deborah's passions, where her creativity and artistic flair shone through, leaving behind a legacy of hand-crafted treasures.

Deborah is survived by her loving mother, Dorene Kritz, and her  stepmother, Georgia Hainer. Her legacy lives on through her dear daughter, Tamara Kay Gonzalez, her son, Dennis Joseph Araujo Jr., and her step daughters Tina (David) Wagner and Angie (Luke) Molthen. She was the proud grandmother of Cassandra Elizabeth (Matthew) Perenich, Alexandra Kay (Lisa Spradling) Gonzalez, Megan Elizabeth Kleczka, Jessalynn Elaine (Ian) Immel, Kristiana Marie Gonzalez, Gabriella Angel Gonzalez, and Jesse James Gonzalez Jr. Furthermore, Deborah embraced her role as a great-grandmother to Milana Elaine Immel and Everly Mae Immel, sharing laughter and memories that will echo through generations.

Among her siblings, Deborah is remembered fondly by Sherree Nelson, Joele (Craig) Rodenbeck, John (Kris) Cissa, Larry (Jackie) Cissa, Leah (Donny) Griggers, Donna (Keith) Morgan, and Michael (Pam) Kritz. Together they will cherish the precious moments shared and the indelible impact she made in their lives.

Deborah reunites with her beloved father, Garrie Wayne Hainer, and her stepfather, Louis Anthony Kritz, whose absence she felt deeply throughout her journey on Earth.

We would like to acknowledge the pace team of Racine county, Kris np with pace, Christy with Badger hospice, and all of the Elizabeth residence staff, for providing our mother with exceptional care and support through this end of life journey. It was a blessing to witness such kindness and compassion every day. We are forever grateful.

As family and friends gather to honor Deborah’s remarkable life, a visitation will be held on February 28, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Greenridge Chapel, located at 4747 S. 60th Street, Greenfield, WI 53220. This will be followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, which will serve as a heartfelt tribute to a woman whose spirit will live on in the hearts of many.

Deborah Lynn Hainer was not just a name; she was a beacon of love, laughter, and warmth that will forever illuminate the lives she touched. Her memory will remain alive in the stories shared, the laughter echoed, and the love that binds her family together. May her legacy of kindness and creativity continue to inspire those she leaves behind.
