Dawn Marie Falkowski

Falkowski, Dawn M. Born June 1, 1964 entered God's Kingdom March 23, 2013. Survived by her beloved boyfriend and soul mate Mark Italiano. Cherished sister of Steve (Lori) and Scott (Bridget) Falkowski. Dear aunt of Dan (Rachel), Matt, Derek, Garrett and Erin. She is further survived by many other family and friends whose lives Dawn has touched. She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy, father Ted, brother John, and cherished grandfather Steve Zepezauer "Grandpa Zeppy." Dawn has fought her illness courageously for decades and has come up one victory short. Dawn's life will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Forest Home Cemetery Chapel (2405 W. Forest Home Ave) at 11 AM.
