Zawacki, Dawn Ann (nee Klister) Born to Eternal Life on January 21, 2016 at the age of 59. Loving mom of of Michelle (Brad) Kremski and Daniel Zawacki. Proud grandmother of Aiden Kremski. Cherished sister of Debbie (Mike) Pelkowski, Bonnie (John) Koss and Tom (the late Teresa) Klister. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Thursday January 28, 2016 from 4-8 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel. Additional visitation Friday 9:30-10:15 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (8500 W. Coldspring Rd.). Interment Arlington Park Cemetery.
