David Lloyd Plunkett "Tugboat Dave" Age 73. Found rest Sunday, October 6, 2019 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. Loving life partner to Cheryl Wanta. Further survived by his brother, Kay (June) Fancher, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends. A Gathering of Remembrance will take place at the South Shore Pavillion, 2900 S. Shore Drive, Milwaukee 53207, on Sunday, November 10 from 12:30 PM until the Celebration of Dave's Life at 2 PM with Military Honors and reception to follow.
