David Joe Hernandez

David J. Hernandez, 57 Former West Allis Wi, resident David Joe Hernandez has passed away at Lake Country Nursing home Sunday, July 22nd 2018 at the age of 57. He battled cancer of the face, squamous cell carcinoma, for one year and 3 months with the courage and strength of a Jedi. David was predeceased by his parents Shirley and Donald Hernandez of West Allis, WI. He will be remembered as a hardworking, handyman and chef by his daughter Victoria Hernandez, granddaughter Adleigh, step-daughter Ashley Tomasello and Partner Gina Tomasello. David was a very loving father to his daughters and his partner as well. He had friends from the 80s who will remember him as Diamond Dave. He is survived by his three sisters, Deborah Hernandez, Darcy Hernandez and Mickelle Schrank. Also, nephews, Nolan & Seth Schrank and Ian Shafer and niece Hannah Schrank.
