Banach Darlene A. (nee Schnell) of South Milwaukee. Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease and joined her beloved husband Richard Sr. on Monday, September 5, 2016 at the age of 86. Daughter of the late Edwin and Amanda Schnell. Beloved mother of Richard (Lisa) Banach and Diane Banach (Mary Ehmke). Loving grandma of Nicholas J. Banach, Kori Banach, Amanda Banach, Brandon Ward and Lindsey Ward. Sister of Harland Schnell and Eldon (Ardis) Schnell. Futher survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, South Shore Chapel, on Monday, September 12, 5-7pm and on Tuesday, September 13, 11-12pm. Funeral service at 12 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to Zion Lutheran Church or the Parkinson's Diseases Foundation. Darlene retired in 1987 from Delco Electronics after 35 years of service and was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church. She was active in AFS (American Foreign Students Abroad) and Zion Ladies Aid.
