Daniel J. Healy Jr.

Daniel J Healy, Jr Passed away July 4, 2010. Beloved husband of Natalie, father of Daniel III (Sherry), grandfather of Alexander and Anna, brother of Gerald (Sondrae), and cousin (basically an older brother) to Robert (Marilyn) Maher and Maureen (Jim) Izard. Dan was born in Providence, RI in 1934, and raised in Malden, MA. He graduated from Northeastern University in 1956 with a degree in industrial engineering, and served in the Army Corps of Engineers from 1956 to 1959. While serving his country, he developed a love of missile and rocket engineering, pursuing his passion at a variety of jobs, culminating with his work on the Lunar Module while working at Bendix. He loved electronics and sports (playing and watching), and spending time with his family. He was particularly passionate about his grandchildren, and we are all grateful he was able to spend so much time with them. He will be missed greatly.
