Javorek, Dale J. Sr. Born to Eternal Life May 3, 2009 at the age of 58 years. Loving father of Shelliann, Dale Jr. (Heidi) and the late Donna Javorek. Cherished Grandpa of Taylor Javorek. Dearest son of Lorraine (The late John) Javorek. Brother of Jan (Russ) Mutza, Jeff (Mary) and Alan Javorek. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Memorial Service Wednesday May 6, 2009 at OUR SHEPHARD LUTHERAN CHURCH (5901 Westway Greendale) at 6 PM. Private Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated.
