Petrasek, Dale A. Headed north on October 16, 2011 at the age of 59. Loving husband of Dana Petrasek. Loving dad of Cory (Jodi) and Andy (Jamie) Petrasek. Dear grandpa of Noah, Rylee and Lily Petrasek. Brother of Michael and Craig (Vickie) Petrasek. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family extends a special thanks to the nursing staff at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital for all their care given to Dale. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Westwood Chapel, Muskego, WI on Thursday October 20, 2011 from 10 am until time of services at 12 noon. Private Interment.
