Collins, Cynthia L. (nee Sullivan) Born to eternal life February 4, 2020 at the age of 62 years. Loving mother of Darrin (Gina) Leonhart, and David Jr. (Amanda) Eischen. Proud grandmother of Kayla, Olivia, Samuel, and Lucas. Dear sister of John (the late Lynn) Sullivan, Rita (Steve) Tischer, Pat (Sandy) Sullivan, Mark "Bo" (Lynne) Sullivan, Robert Sullivan, and James "Chip" (Julie) Sullivan. Preceded in death by her parents Jack and Joanne Sullivan, her siblings Mary Poker and Michael Sullivan, and her niece Mary Sullivan. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial gathering on Saturday, February 15, from 1:00PM - 4:00PM at the funeral home chapel. Memorial service at 4:00PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital appreciated.
