Connie Jean Rothwell

Rothwell, Connie Jean (nee Rumsey) Welcomed into eternal life by her loving husband Rich on September 29, 2016. Born in Viroqua, WI, the youngest of four children. Preceded in death by parents Earl and Margaret, sister Phyllis, son Craig, daughter Peggy and granddaughter Lisa. Survived by daughters Pam and Cindy (Keith) and son Chris (Jennifer). Further survived by grandchildren Joe (Lisa), Jim (Molly), Lea, David (Lauren), Michael, Craig, Trevor, Amy and Evan. Great/Super Grandma of Cameron, Landon, Bennett and Maxwell. Also survived by her loving sisters Odie and Bea (Chet). Will be missed by a host of family and friends. Connie valued volunteerism, as evidenced by her dedication to the American Legion Post 416, the VA hospital and Unity Soup Kitchen. She was an active member and participant at Wilson Senior Center and St. Stephen the Martyr Lutheran Church. Visitation at ST. STEPHEN THE MARTYR LUTHERAN CHURCH, 6101 S. 51st St., Greendale, on Saturday, October 8 from 11 am 1 pm. Memorial Service at 1 pm. Private interment at Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Post 416 appreciated.
