Falkowski, Charlotte A. (Nee Wojciechowski) Passed away peacefully on May 20, 2011 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Robert Falkowski. Dearest mother of Deb (Dave) Makowski, Sue (Jay) Janesic and Bob (Charlotte) Falkowski. Proud grandma of Jessica (Joe Tischer) Castiglione, Ryan Castiglione, Robert Falkowski II and Katie Falkowski. Special great-grandma of Kaelyn Tischer. Loyal sister of Gloria Winkowski, Jerome Wojciechowski, the late Joann Wojciechowski and the late Leonard Wojciechowski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to VITAS Innovative Hospice care for their compassionate care. Visitation on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 4 pm to 8 pm at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL with a Funeral Service at 7 pm. Private interment Forest Home Cemetery.
